A well-seasoned gyros substitute that tastes decent and has good texture, but leaves you guessing what meat it's trying to be. It is a good choice for seasoned wraps.

We made some tasty pita breads with it. Great overall taste, but that was mostly down to the other ingredients. The product itself wasn’t very convincing. Hard to distinguish from chicken in flavour, and the texture wasn’t close either.
